I need to make a change for registered users, will try to have that fixed sometime today.

Update:
Permissions for registered users should be fixed. The issue was I changed the setting that moved users from newly registered users to registered users. The permissions for registered users needed adjusting. Everything should be fixed. Let me know if you have any more problems.
