Your gift to me

Post by thickmike » Wed Mar 15, 2017 11:48 pm

Good evening from middle England. A simple thank you to Mr Young and all who contributed to this wonderful book. Since I first read it 6 or 7 years ago as a pretty new Christian at the age of 58, it has remained the second most important book in my life after the Bible. It has changed my life and the lives of my friends and my strangers. Thank you for having the courage, drive and wisdom to write intelligently and intelligibly about the most wonderful gift of all - God's love. Bless you. Mike

Welcome aboard Mike. Many share your thanks to the three for the loving depiction of the Trinity in the book, and now, the movie.

Blessings,
Papalovesyou
May we all come to know Papa as we are known... and see ourselves as He sees us!

Hi Mike, welcome to the forum! Has the movie come out yet over there?

Having just begun working through my own Great Sadness, this book has been a grace-filled help! I cried and I agreed with so much of what I read. I see myself as Mack just learning to feel comfortable with calling God "papa." I resonate with the truth of the story. A storyteller once said, "All stories are true. Some of them actually happened." This is one of the greatest examples of truth found in fiction! Thank you!
