If it weren't for wanting to be near particular people, I think I would want to live near the beach somewhere in Australia, but I would have great trouble deciding where exactly.

Do you prefer single storey or double storey houses?

We have always had a basement and they are handy. If we were to move though it would be to a single level because of my physical limitations. I don't mind not being able to go down the stairs to the laundry though, because this way I don't have to do the laundry.

What household chore do you lease like doing? All of them is not an option.

Vacuuming! It hurts my back a lot!

Leather or fabric furniture?

We have leather arm chairs and couch in our lounge room.

Have a couch with good back support or not?

After losing my leg getting up from a normal couch I'd almost impossible so we have replaced our furniture with orthopedic support and process that the seats are higher than most. It is much easier on old knees too. LOL And it is all leather.

What is your favorite comfort food? Chocolate isn't a comfort food, it is a necessity.

LOL, Colleen! Apart from chocolate, I think potatoes are comforting.

Do you prefer hot or cold food?

I like my hot food hot and my cold food cold but don't think I could pick which I prefer. I think partly depends on the weather. Hot cocoa in a snow storm, ice cold lemonade when it's a scorcher.

Hard or soft cheeses?

The secret to having good knife skills is having the right knives for the job. I have started using my Ulu knives for most things because it puts less strain on the hand and wrist. With it I can chop an onion in less than a minute.

Do you enjoy cooking new foods?
