Adding an avatar (picture) to your profile:
  1. Using the drop down below your username navigate to User Control Panel
  2. Navigate to Profile
  3. Navigate to Edit Avatar
  4. Select Avatar type upload avatat
  5. Browse to avatar file, image must be 90X90 pixels and less than 6KB
