Thank you all for your heartfelt welcomes...this site is a God-send or a Papa-send LOL!
Wish I had come across the book sooner...didn't even know about The Shack until I saw the movie "on demand" on my cable TV network recently and just chose to watch it after seeing the trailer and I've been "shacked" ever since. Started watching the movie for my 4th time last night. Am about to re-read the book.

With each time watching and reading I hope to reaffirm and strengthen what I'm learning again and again and to discover new things I may have missed. This book/movie is just what mankind needed as if it were the antidote for the poisons that exist in our world and in our lives...just like Sarayu said about the lethal root when combined with the essence of that certain flower provides miraculous healing properties. Alot of healing is taking place thanks to "The Shack" and what spiritually aware people are doing with it to heal better themselves and others. I pretty much tell EVERYBODY I come across - even strangers I meet in person or even on the telephone...like computer tech support people in the Phillipines or Europe...my transfer customers...people in the supermarket...and each and every time I do so, I get those happy excited chills and hair raising on my arm. People are generally responsive when I tell them just a tiny tid-bit about what the movie/book is about...especially when I say 'this dad gets a letter from God in his mailbox"
