Julia,Good to catch you on the boards. I have now seen the movie twice, once here with my daughter and once up in NJ with my sister, I think I want to do a third time and write notes...
Teresa, when the movie comes out on DVD, I bet everyone will want to see it again! It would be easier to take notes then.

Julia, I hope you have a lovely weekend.

So you have found some interesting things in this book to, right. I make notes of all the things that I thought were very interesting because in actuality a lot of it is true for what is really happening in this world. Like the fact that God gave us earth to live on, he trusted us to take care of it and we are not doing that, ewe are destroying it, with the garbage on the ground, the water, the animals , and more... I think you get what I am saying

Teresa, looks like you enjoyed the movie as much as I did. ;)
Did you have a favorite scene? What did you think about the actors that were chosen to play Papa, Jesus, and Sarayu? I just found out that the majority of the movie was filmed in Canada..southern British Columbia. I wish I knew where the garden scenes were filmed...Buctchart Gardens in Victoria, British Columbia would be my guess. Mike, would you know?

Julia,
Sorry to be so long answering you. I think my favorite scene is where they show the garden overhead AND YOU CAN SEE THAT WHAT SEEMED CHAOTIC WAS NOT,IT WAS PLANNED AND BEAUTIFUL. My other favorite scene is when Papa as Mama shows Mack the wounds from the crucifixion and states she was with Jesus during that time. Hope you are feeling well, and life isa not too, too busy

Please pray for Julia, she has pneumonia. She is taking some time off work and she is on penicillin.
