It's understandable to have a meltdown every now and again.

What day will your sister be arriving?

Love you my dear friend. Meltdowns are to be expected. They are allowed. I'm glad your sister will be there tomorrow.

Thanks Colleen :) She arrived safe and sound, although exhausted herself. Last night on the plane was the first time she has slept through the night in three weeks since her hubby's surgery.

Peni, I'm glad your sister has arrived and she got some sleep.

How is her husband doing?

Thank you both. Cathy, he's doing okay, but he's in a wheelchair now and is also blind in one eye. He can't do anything on his own, so has to have someone with him 24/7.

That sounds difficult. Are you still looking after him or is he having care? I hope you're not trying to do it all yourself.

How is your sister adapting to your father's decline?
How are you doing with your sister there?

I know that sometimes this type of stress can cause problems between siblings that is unexpected.

I'm keeping you all in my prayers.
It is no longer I who lives, but Christ who lives in me.
