Just stopped by to let you know I'm thinking about you and praying.

Cathy, my post about him being in a wheelchair was in reply to your question about my brother-in-law, not my dad.

Colleen, my sister was not surprised at dad's decline, because I have been keeping her up to date via email. Sis and I are doing just fine, and it's actually been nice having someone to laugh with about all of dad's little idiosyncrasies, lol. She has, of course, fallen totally in love with the puppies too!

Sorry, it was confusing when you just said "he", since my question was a bit further up the page.

I'm glad it's nice to have your sister there with you.

I'm so glad that it has been a blessing having your sister there. I have been praying that it was going to be.

I know you'll hate to see her go. I'm guessing you have had some extra sleep since she is there. Maybe she will take a puppy home with her ? :D

She was very tempted Cyndi, hahaha! Sadly though, her hubby took a turn for the worse today, so she changed her flight and left tonight. Dad was very angry, but I agree with her that she needs to be with her hubby. Trying times all round!

Peni, I'm sorry that your sister's husband took a turn for the worse and your sister had to leave. May you all feel God with you all in these trying times. :(

How is your dad doing physically? How are you coping?
