It doesn't, and it would cost me a fortune to have the entire property fenced, but to just fence off a portion is doable.

It's a great idea to just fence off a portion of the yard!

I think you should do it even if another investor bus your current place.

Frustrated, lol! I am the only mod here, and every time I log on now there are tons of spam posts to delete and ban! I have no idea why it's happening all of a sudden, but I guess it could be because the forum isn't being used very much anymore.

Apart from that, I'm good, thank you!

Thank you for getting rid of them. I miss the active forum. Had hoped that the movie would regenerate interest.
I've seen that there was some kind of political upheavals there. Hope it was just sensationalized, much like what happens here.

Peni, I'm sorry that it's so hard to delete all the spam. I think we all thought there would be more interest in the forum after the movie. How is the housing situation going?

Yes Coll, a good upheaval! We finally got rid of our good-for-nothing president! Long overdue!! Let's just hope that the new one does a better job, lol.

The landlord still hasn't had an offer on the house Cathy, so I'm not sure what he is going to do.
