Thank you both. The people are coming tomorrow to remove the branches, so we shall see!

Peni,
I hope it wasn't your cat under the branches.
Praying for you and all your pets right now.
May the peace that passes understanding be in your heart, soul, and home.
Love, and hugs

Evening all. Well, there was thankfully nothing under the branches! I was sitting watching TV last night, when in walks....... MY CAT!!!! She was very, very hungry, and has lost quite a bit of weight, but is otherwise unhurt. Last Sunday, when she went missing, my neighbors sent me a message to say that they were leaving for Germany for a month, and would I please let their daughter know if anything suspicious happens in their house. Last night their daughter came to the house, and within seconds Minky was home. I went over to ask if she had been in the house, but the daughter said that she couldn't have been, or else she would have set the alarm off. She did say though that she had also opened the garage, where there is no alarm, so we think she was in there, poor thing! I have no idea how she survived without water for a week, but she did!
She did not stop purring, or eating last night, lol.

I may have mentioned that I have 11 cats (down from 23) and have had cats all my life since being in the womb LOL. So glad Minky came home. (cute name) cats do that you know...they can disappear for days, weeks, even months. My neighbor had a cat "Skittles" that was gone 9 months and then came home.
My youngest is 1 year old and my oldest is 19 and still going strong. Some had litters and we gave the kittens to very good homes but kept a few ourselves. Others of course just went to kitty heaven over the years.

Thanks Coll, and yes, thank Papa! I bumped into my vet today and told her, and she said that there must have been some serious prayers going up for her, as cats can only go 3 days with absolutely no water. She made 5!

That's a lot of cats Tom!! The most I have ever had is 4, lol.
