"Pilgrim'sProgress" is one of my favorite books of all times and I'll have to agree with Eugene Peterson "The Shack" is as good. The whole time I was reading about Mack's experience in the shack, I sensed God surrounding me with a warm "hug". Most of the time I know or believe by faith God is with me, but while reading this book  I coud "feel" or "sense" God with me. My Daddy God who has been so patient with me thru the years, who is so found of me, has not ever left my side. That was the biggest, loudest message I needed to hear right now. There is so much "meat" in the book, I'll be digesting for a while but just so you know... The book has been a confirmation of what Daddy God has been teaching me. All of it. It echoes in my heart, truths I've known for a long time the book puts them in an interesting story, simple enough and yet so complex it makes my world go upside down. Thank you for writting it. I pray He sustains you at all times, no matter what others say about you or the book Daddy God is using you like He wants to use all of us. Your obedience is lighting up the darkness. Keep fighting the good fight.

Hi NaomiStar and welcome to the forum. I see the book did alot of the same things it did for me. A large confirmation I needed and always need more of. So glad you're here! :) :blueangel:
