Hello Sky Pilot!
Thanks for sharing your awesome testimony of the saving grace of almighty God!
I like to think of Sarayu as the perfect loving, creative, wonderous, Mother and sister for whom I have longed.
She was always there at just the right time to comfort, heal, or instruct just as a Mom would do, yet stay in the background and compliment the Father and Son.
"It's simple, Mack. It's all about relationships and simply sharing life. What we are doing right now-just doing this- being open and available to those around us. My church is all about people and life is all about relationships."

How are you doing, Skypilot?
I don't know much, but I know He loves me - and that may be all I need to know.

High Flight
Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth
And danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings;
Sunward I've climbed, and joined the tumbling mirth
Of sun-split clouds, — and done a hundred things
You have not dreamed of — wheeled and soared and swung
High in the sunlit silence. Hov'ring there,
I've chased the shouting wind along, and flung
My eager craft through footless halls of air. . . .

Up, up the long, delirious burning blue
I've topped the wind-swept heights with easy grace
Where never lark, or ever eagle flew —
And, while with silent, lifting mind I've trod
The high untrespassed sanctity of space,
Put out my hand, and touched the face of God.

I always thought it would be silent up there, except for the noise of the engine.  But I was wrong, wasn't I?

I used to date a guy who had a 1942 Taylorcraft.  We would go up on Saturday mornings.

Littlegermankid, I have a suggestion. Until you learn to fly alone, I suggest you use an airplane. :D
